Evrane 30-Day Sweat-Proof Guarantee

We built Evrane to be worn, washed, and sweated in. You shouldn't have to keep it pristine to find out whether it works.

If, during your first 30 days with Evrane, you aren't satisfied with its sweat protection, comfort, or discretion under your clothing, you may return it for a full refund under the terms below.

1. 30-Day Trial Period

Your 30-day trial begins on the date your order is marked delivered by the shipping carrier.

You must submit your return request within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Once your return is approved, your return package must be shipped within 14 days of receiving the return instructions.

Requests submitted after the 30-day trial period are not eligible under the Sweat-Proof Guarantee.

2. You Are Allowed to Wear It

This guarantee specifically covers shirts that have been:

• Worn

• Sweated in

• Washed

• Tested during normal daily use

We do not require the product to be unworn, unused, or in its original packaging.

That's the point of the guarantee: actually try it.

3. No Proof of Failure Required

If Evrane does not perform for you, you do not need to prove it with photographs, videos, sweat tests, medical documentation, or an explanation of how much you sweat.

No questions asked.

We may request basic order information solely to confirm that the purchase qualifies for the guarantee and to process your return.

4. What the Guarantee Covers

The guarantee applies when, during normal intended use, you are dissatisfied because:

• Underarm sweat reaches or visibly marks the clothing worn over Evrane;

• The sweat-protection area is noticeably uncomfortable during normal wear; or

• The protective area is noticeably visible through the clothing worn over it.

Evrane is specifically designed to manage underarm sweat. It does not claim to prevent sweating or sweat marks originating from areas outside the protected underarm region, including the back, abdomen, face, hands, or other uncovered areas.

5. Proper Use Is Required

The guarantee applies only when the product has been used substantially in accordance with Evrane's care and use instructions.

The guarantee does not cover a product that has been materially damaged by:

• Bleach

• Fabric softener or dryer sheets

• Washing above 40°C / 104°F

• Deliberate cutting, alteration, puncturing, or modification

• Excessive heat or other treatment contrary to the provided care instructions

• Damage unrelated to ordinary wearing and washing

Normal wear, sweat, washing, discoloration from use, and signs that the shirt has actually been worn do not disqualify your return.

6. The Product Must Be Returned

To receive a refund, the eligible Evrane product must be returned to us. The customer must pay for return shipping. 

A refund will not be issued for a product that is lost, discarded, donated, or otherwise unavailable for return, except where prohibited by applicable law.

For a full refund of an entire bundle or multi-shirt order, all shirts for which you are requesting a refund must be returned.

If you return only part of an order, your refund will be limited to the amount attributable to the items actually returned.

7. What We Refund

For an eligible return, we refund the amount you actually paid for the returned Evrane products, including any discounts applied at checkout.

If standard outbound shipping was separately charged as part of the eligible order, that amount will also be refunded when the entire eligible order is returned.

Optional expedited shipping or other upgraded shipping services are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Again, return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

There are no restocking fees.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

8. Purchases Must Be Made Through Evrane

The 30-Day Sweat-Proof Guarantee applies only to genuine Evrane products purchased directly from Evrane or an expressly authorized Evrane sales channel.

Products purchased secondhand, through unauthorized resellers, or from another individual are not eligible.

Proof of purchase or sufficient order information may be required to locate and verify the transaction.

9. One Guarantee Per Purchase

The guarantee applies to eligible products from the qualifying order and is not a program for receiving replacement shirts indefinitely.

A refunded product cannot subsequently be returned again, exchanged, or submitted for an additional refund.

Refunds exceeding the amount originally paid will never be issued.

10. Fraud and Abuse

We reserve the right to reject a claim where there is clear evidence of:

• A fraudulent or nonexistent order

• A counterfeit or substituted product

• Duplicate refund requests for the same item

• Chargeback and refund claims seeking recovery of the same payment twice

• Intentional destruction or alteration of the product for the purpose of obtaining a refund

• Abuse of the return process unrelated to evaluating the product

This provision does not allow us to reject a legitimate claim simply because the shirt has been worn, washed, or heavily sweated in.

11. How to Claim Your Guarantee

Contact Evrane within 30 days of delivery and provide:

1. Your order number or the email address used for your purchase; and

2. A request to use the 30-Day Sweat-Proof Guarantee.

That's it.

You will receive return instructions. Ship the eligible product back within 14 days of receiving those instructions.

Once the return is received and matched to your order, the eligible refund will be issued to your original payment method.

The Bottom Line

If Evrane doesn't keep underarm sweat from showing through, doesn't feel right, or doesn't stay discreet under your clothing during your 30-day trial, send it back.
